Cyclobenzaprine Yuredol 10/250 mg 30 caps

Yuredol belongs to the group of muscle relaxants and is used to treat back and neck pain. The active ingredient of the drug is cyclobenzaprine. It helps to relax the muscles and reduce muscle tone. Under the action of the medication, the hyperactivity of the muscles decreases. At the same time, the drug has no effect on their structure.

Back pain occurs in nearly 75% of people of all ages. The drug allows getting rid of this unpleasant phenomenon in just 2-3 weeks. Longer treatment is not required, because usually this period is enough to eliminate the problem. Yuredol 10 mg acts at the level of the brain stem. A significant improvement in the state of health and disappearance of pronounced pain syndrome was detected after 14 days in 90% of patients who took the drug. If we take into account clinical studies, we can conclude that already on the 4th day the pain decreases and mobility improves.

Indications for the medicine

Yuredol capsulas is prescribed for the treatment of muscle spasms accompanied by severe musculoskeletal pain. The effectiveness of the active ingredient increases if the drug is taken in conjunction with a proper regimen of physical activity, therapeutic exercises. Improvement of the condition is indicated by a decrease in pain, improved mobility, and decreased sensitivity. The drug is also used for treatment after injuries, soft tissue damage.
The medication has antispasmodic and antinociceptive properties, so its use is justified to treat not only acute conditions, but also chronic muscle pain, pain syndromes associated with the musculoskeletal system.

The drug has greater efficacy even than non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. It improves the state of every 3 to 9 patients, while nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs improve the state of only 1 in 11 patients. Yuredol is safer when compared to tricyclic pschoterapics and benzodiazepine-type antispasmodics.

Instructions for use, dosage, contraindications

Yuredol 10 mg is taken only after consultation with a doctor. You cannot take the medicine on your own without prior consultation and examination. The advantage of the medication compared to other treatments is the convenient dosage form, which makes treatment easier for the patient. One tablet daily is convenient to take.
