Recently, the website stated they are now shipping again. I inquired a week ago was told there was a backlog, my order was in queue and awaiting shipment. Gustavo is very fast to return calls and answer the phone when he's taking my money, but when I called several times to ask about my order rarely answered the phone or emails. Yesterday, inquired again and was told exactly the same and that Gustavo would need to check with his 'correspondent' department." Additionally, a prior order made it to the LAX customs center back in August and seems to be stuck there. I never received a seizure notice, so inquired with USPS, and they're stating 'no delivery address' on the package and if investigation is to be started it needs to be started by THE SHIPPER since the package is coming from Mexico. I understand the need for discretion, but it appears Gustavo and Company are unwilling to provide assistance in any way for this problem either. Not having a good feeling and have lost a lot of money having wasted time and only had 2 shipments out of a total of 4 delivered successfully. It would be nice if they would offer assistance to at least attempt to find out what's happened to my previous shipment stuck at LAX and also if they would kindly expedite the latest shipment. Guessing I'm on my own here. Recently was told my latest order (the one held up due to tariffs), would ship this past Monday or Tuesday, and no shipment. It seems like my money is gone, and no product is going to ship.
